Have you ever wanted to stop dealing with waste and wanted free methane to cook with or even sell?
Whether you have a small backyard or an entire farm, biogas could be for you!

What is biogas?
Biogas is the flammable methane gas produced from the break down of waste by bacteria. It is created in an air proof tank called a digester. This makes biogas a clean and renewable fuel that you can make yourself.
How does it work?
Each day, feed into the digester your household by-products such as market waste, kitchen waste, and manure from livestock. Inside the tank, bacteria eat the organic waste and convert it into methane gas through the process of anaerobic digestion. The methane gas created by anaerobic digestion accumulates at the top of the tank where it can be taken and eventually used to cook food on a gas stove. Waste that has been fully digested exits the biogas system in the form of organic fertilizer.
